RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Payment Policy:

All payments are checkout with USD and shown by default in USD. Prices seen on the page can be automatically converted from USD to your local currency via your wifi connection.

Subscriptions:

We do not do or offer any subscriptions or reoccurring charges. If you see "unsubscribe" or "subscribe" this refers to only email marketing or sms marketing, there is no charges when it comes to this language. Your are only charged when you pay for an item(s).

Return & Exchange Policy:

Here at Belleattheball, our main focus is customer satisfaction. The customer has to contact us before returning as some couriers put a return address that is not associated with us and will not be delivered back to us. No returns will be accepted nor refunds will be given if the customer does not contact us beforehand for a confirmation on a return.

The correct return address and refund process will be confirmed by contacting us.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds will be given after the product has been returned via communication after inspection and confirmation.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Defective/Damaged Product

Customers have 30 days from delivery to notify us if your product(s) are defective/damaged upon receipt of the items. Photo evidence will be required of the product defect or damage. Please email us at support@belleattheball.com and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

Returns

Returns are eligible for 30 days from delivery for all product(s). Please send us an email at support@belleattheball.com if you would like to return your product(s) for a refund.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns will be sent back to origin of delivery which the address will be given after inspection of your return case. Origin of delivery may be different for certain products dependent on which warehouse was used for shipping method.

Cancellation on Orders

Most of our orders are processed internally within 1-2 hours and updated to the customer within the same day or a few days later. In the event you wish to cancel your order, you MUST contact us, however cancellations are not guaranteed due to our fast internal processing. 

However, you can refuse shipment upon delivery or contact us after delivery if you do not wish to keep the product.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to change an order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Our best efforts will be made to accommodate your request however it may not be possible if shipping/processing has been initiated.

Unfortunately due to the ongoing virus, we cannot accept any returns for any type of masks, gloves, or items that are in contact with the face. We apologize for this precaution, but for overall safety, we cannot accept any returns for the listed types of products. We hope you understand.

We do not give refunds on orders with wrong addresses this is under buyer's responsibility.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
To be eligible for a return,

- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- It must also be in the original packaging.

- If it was delivered damaged or defected we will immediately send out a new one

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@belleattheball.com

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
For returns:

If your order is in the process of shipment, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund due to the complexity and longevity of receiving the item back in processing. Please refer to our shipping policy for further detail.

If you decide to return a product through shipping you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
