How to see what you were charged for

  1. To see your purchase history, go to your email and search "Belleattheball"

    1. Please make sure your to check the correct email you used to purchase as some customers may have used a different email to place an order.

    2. If you cannot find after searching your inbox and through spam, it is possible you may have placed a typo in your email during checkout.

      1. In this case please contact us with your name and order and we can help you confirm your email and resend confirmation to the correct email
