When should I receive my confirmation/shipping notification email?

You should receive your confirmation email the minute of your purchase.

Some reasons why you might not have gotten it:

  • Inputted wrong email address (Yes this is actually very common) But no worries! If you didn't receive an email you can email us here support@belleattheball.com and we'll get you all sorted!
  • Spam/Promotions Folder - Sometimes your email settings might mistake our email as spam so please make sure to check there first!

Where can I track my package?

Because we ship globally and tracking numbers are all different for different countries we use one website that tracks most packages worldwide here: https://www.17track.net/en 

Just input your tracking number into the site and you will see where your package is in any given time!

What is Zendesk?

Sometimes you may see zendesk in the email or link as a title or name. This is just our customer service platform we use to communicate with customers!

How long is shipping?

Due to COVID-19 it is hard to give a guaranteed delivery date as there are many variables from where it is shipped, to the status of COVID-19 in the country and state.

We have warehouses in the US, Spain, and China. Your order will be shipped out from one of these warehouses depending on the stock available. 

We are seeing shipping times as of July 2020:

US/Mexico: 5-12 business days
UK/Europe: 8-20 Days
UAE/Saudi Arabia/Middle East: 5-15 Days

Rest of the world: 10-25 Days

Do you do COD? (Cash On Delivery) 

Unfortunately at this time we are only available online.

We understand COD is to make sure your item is received and so we guarantee, if you order from us, we assure you your package will be delivered. If the item does not match your expectations, we have our 14-day money back guarantee through our return process!

We understand that it can be scary at times shopping online not knowing if you will receive the item your ordered, and that is why we have a 14-day money back guarantee through our return policy. If you do not like the item you received you can return back to us within 14 days of delivery and we will give a refund.
