One of the couriers recently noticed that some tracking numbers displayed 'cancelled' as an update in the tracking history but showed movement and transit updates in the following days.

Please do not worry your order is NOT cancelled and it is just an electronic error/bug in the system, your order is still moving! If it has not moved in 3 days please contact us to see if it was lost.
